Too Quiet

There have been no kids here since last Sat. I keep wanting to yell at the kids. lol Kenny comes back Fri and Ness and the kids come back Sat I believe. So for now I am going to enjoy the peacefulness and prepare for the chaos. :)

It's Snowing AGAIN

After a week with days in the 60's it's snowing again and sticking. Their calling for 1-3 inches. I'm so so so ready for spring.

Ohh Nooo

I got a letter from the Head Start School saying Kenny is eligable to start this fall. Noo he's still my baby. I know he's really smart and is ready but now it's head start, then elementry the OMG high school. I guess I will have to be like my other sisters and grin and deal with it. So now I have to get everything ready to go apply for Head Start.

Shaved Ice Anybody????

ICE ICE AND MORE ICE

It hasn't stopped sleeting since it started about 7:30 pm last night. And my wonderful boss thought it would be a good idea to work today, which I got there at 8 am. Then when we where trying to leave discovered the car was stuck where it was parked this morning. Modot has yet to make one trip down 14 hwy today. So you can only imagine how bad IT is. The ice isn't supposed to stop until the wee morning hours. And the last thing I heard before leaving work was "See you in the morning" OMG I don't think so .. LoL

Nothing new to report. Just same old same old. Just checking in for those actually read this. lol

First Week of 2009

Well not much going on here just the same as always. Just started getting back on schedule after the holidays. Finally going to get a 40 hr check, my 1st since the beginning of September. It's going to be nice. They stopped running a night crew at work so know day crew is picking up the slack. Not that I'm complaining, quite the opposite. We really only have enough work for one shift.
Kenny has finally stopped ransacking our kitchen every morning in his attempt to "make" breakfast for himself. OMG the mess he would make. Now he waits in the living room until I make my appearance. All I had to do was one day of him having to wait for his breakfast until the others had theirs. OOOHH he didn't like that. He's at his Daddy's at the moment. So Nessa and I know that when he comes home we will have to refresh his memory on acceptable behavior in this house yet again. Well there's the first week of 2009 in a nutshell.
